Strong winds from the northwest gave tonight's riders a good challenge. The fastest overall was a woman - Karol-Ann Canuel - in 19:46, a new personal database best for her on this course. Karol-Ann was the Canadian National Women's Time Trial Champion in 2015, and she is now a professional cyclist with the Boels-Dolman cycling team. Note that Karol-Ann's time tonight is currently the second of the fastest female 15km times in my database - second and only 6 seconds slower to Sue Schlatter's mark (in her late 40's) of 19:40. About half of the riders improved upon previous season-series bests and 11 improved upon their previous 15km database best. Congratulations!
